• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• We accept payments through PayFast and Yoco.

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship orders within South Africa only.

• Standard delivery times are estimated between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• A flat delivery fee applies to all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, public holidays) may occur.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect product ordered, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or refund.

• Certain items (such as earphones or hygiene-sensitive products) may be excluded from returns unless defective.

• All devices submitted for repair must be backed up by the customer. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

• Repairs may include the use of genuine or high-quality third-party replacement parts.
